Onslaught lasts so little time that it's way worse than it needs to be. Most damage perks last 8 to 12 seconds, but Onslaught only gets 4. It's already questionable in terms of power, but it's ease of use is also really low for kind of no reason. It only rolls on auto rifles and machine guns, and all but requires subsistence as the accompanying perk since needing to reload the weapon takes up most of your time after a kill. Please buff up the timer to 8 seconds or something so it has use outside of killing a line of weak enemies running straight at you.

1 ReplyLight.gg has a listing for [b]Enhanced Onslaught[/b] with improved duration meaning it is currently in the API, likely in preparation for it being made available on crafted weapons in Final Shape. With the additional outside chance we may get a couple of crafted weapons with the mid-Season content drop planned as a stopgap due to Final Shape’s delay, we’ll likely have access to Enhanced Onslaught sometime in the next six to nine months. Presumably the Enhanced Trait will bump the duration up to six seconds. (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)

I got it with rewind rounds on a ros arago. Tbh rewind rounds are the thing doing the work, onslaught is great if you are shredding through trash to get to a major in the back or something, but it's only going to fly on hero and lower. Side note, I did have a situation where i suspended a mini boss and procd onslaught on a psion, the dps against an immobile enemy was very good, but why not just use heavy instead?

I just got a Breakneck with subsistence and onslaught and I’m finding it hard to care about lol I get way more out of a strand weapon in the kinetic slot because of all our fragments and artifact mods.

I've found no issue, rewind rounds works perfectly with it and the new auto it rolls on has high reload speeds to begin with. The power difference in pvp is very noticeable, shredding a team before they know what's happening and it makes autos feel good against orange and yellow bars just by mag dumping faster that sweet buisness (it feels faster, haven't actually checked)
