I seem to have the exact same issue as cody2533, as the armor synthesis introduction quest is not showing up whatever I do. I have done the entire beyond light questline, which you have to do to unlock the landing zone, but Banshee-44 will not give me the quest. I am able to provide videos and screenshots if needed.
