After finishing the Xenology Quest from Xur and turning it in, I received an Exotic Cipher as per usual. However, due to the Dawning event, my inventory was full of cookies. I expected the Exotic Cipher to transfer to my Postmaster (which was empty), but it instead just disappeared. Returning to Xur did not prompt me receiving another Exotic Cipher. Is there any means to recover my Cipher or fix this bug? Thanks.
