Sharp flavour, perfect taste are not dropping after 6 days of playtime. It's not inactivity. It's not the wrong weapons. I have 84 of one ingredient, plenty of everything else, yet have never received a single sample of the aforementioned ingredients. I've seen others complete the entire event already, yet I can't get a single sample of these ingredients to drop, making completing the event impossible. Edit: Problem suddenly resolved itself. ???
