Spent a ton of time completing the exotic cipher quest, didn’t realise my inventory was full, completed the mission and it popped up on the screen however it hasn’t gone into my inventory or sent to be picked up from the tower dude, have tried logging out and logging back on and also swapping to seperate characters but this hasn’t worked, any idea where I can get it back without having to wait until next week and complete the quest again,
