I have ordered it as soon as it was available. It said it delivered on December 6th 2023 but I never received an email stating it was delivered. I check the status and says "Moved, Left no address". I changed my address prior to the delivery and followed the directions as stated with the updated email. I don't know what to do and I'm out $172.71 at the moment.

I just sent another customer service request for the change of address. I provided my new address and hopefully will receive a response.
