Hi there. Did you activate Cross Save while you were already signed into D2 on the Epic Games launcher? If yes, close and restart the game.
If no, I see from your setup that your Xbox account has -1000 Silver. Was your balance negative before you added Epic Games to your Cross Save setup?

When you go to log into a character on Epic, is your displayed name TheRainbowHippy#8973 or LordDarkrai81#9745?

You do not have Cross Save active. If you're having trouble remembering the correct login for an account, contact that platform's support for help. You must be able to authenticate the logins of each account linked to your profile to use Cross Save.

Thank you for your reply, cross play was active before i logged in with epic games. Anyway i ve tried to restart the game many times, still same. My balance is negative due to mispurchase thanks to my brother which is not connected with crossplay issue. My account is clean I can still play on xbox or steam. The problem Is sadly my charachters are not visible on Epic Games when the crossplay is enabled.

Edited by GrundleBeans: 12/16/2023 10:17:34 PMWhat I mean is did you link the Epic Games account to your Cross Save before or after you had the negative Silver balance on Xbox? I ask because having a negative balance on any platform could potentially impact your ability to alter the Cross Save, such as linking new accounts, and explain why you're not seeing the right characters on Epic. If that's the case, then repaying the negative balance on Xbox may resolve the issue.
What actions can limit my use of Cross Save? The following actions will impact a player’s ability to enable or disable Cross Save: [...] - Players who perform a refund for purchased Silver cannot activate or deactivate Cross Save until that Silver is re-purchased for that account
If your Epic Games account was already linked to Cross Save before you refunded the Silver on Xbox, then please submit a ticket using the form at the bottom of this article.

Should I use the topic of missing purchases? Because I already submit a ticket under stadia cross save since there is no epic games topic and they refused to help me since it wasn't the related topic. Also I do not use Xbox anymore so I can not not pay the refunded value due to mispurchase even if I could do I will need to re-enable the cross save which will give me 90 days pending which I cannot wait, I am on vacation currently which is the only time I wanted enjoy. Anyway I am glad for sharing me your knowledge.

Edited by GrundleBeans: 12/16/2023 10:39:22 PMThere won't be an Epic Games topic to select. If you've already submitted a ticket, wait for a response. Bungie reviews tickets during weekday business hours and will contact you via the email.
Also I do not use Xbox anymore so I can not not pay the refunded value due to mispurchase
You do not need to be on an Xbox to purchase Silver. It can be bought with your Xbox account from the Xbox marketplace on your web browser. If you expect that at some point in the future you may want to disable Cross Save, you must repay the negative balance to do so.
