I've completed a ton of coil runs, level 4. I have all of the wish weapons crafted already. The undying weapon drops are less common but I've gotten several to drop and several red borders. But not a single Subjunctive had dropped from any coil chests. I've read other complaints about this online. Not sure if the drop rate is astronomically low, or if many of us are just having bad RNG.
