Fireteam finder unaccessible for returning player
Happened to both of my returning friends.
When hover the cursor onto the ribbon it'll show "require guardian rank 5", despite being guardian rank 6/7. Have already seen other several cases like this. Got any idea how to fix? Or is it already in the known issue?
Note: both my friends are using Simplified Chinese client, could that be a issue?

Hi! Well, I am also a returning player and I also have this issue, kinda frustrating but I hope for quick fix, Bungie, right? :) As I pleyed a lot before (almost 1k hours...) I've started wth rank 6, it's now rank 7 and I still can't use it...

Same problem here, came back after years away because of fireteam finder, only to find I can't access it. I was originally playing on PS4 but I did a fresh install on PS5, and when I logged in I was immediately guardian rank 5 but couldn't use fireteam finder. I then ranked up to 6 and got a notification to try fireteam finder but still get the same message that I need to be rank 5 to use it. I'm trying to go through old content to see if there's some other trigger I'm missing but hopefully Bungie can fix the problem for everyone affected.

3 RepliesI'm browsing this forum every now and then, upvoting this issue whenever I come across it. I'm also a returning player, English version on PS5 (so Chinese doesn't matter). Exact same problem, has been corroborated by several others on Reddi + there are now at least 5 topics created in the Help forum here describing the same issues. Hopefully Bungie acknowledges the bug soon. I don't care if they take a couple of weeks to fix it, as long as they acknowledge it. Cheers!
