Offering to the Oracle not working
I did the bounty and have the offering to the oracle fragment in my quests.
But when I go to turn it in at the location, it tells me "You lack an Offering"

I've encountered this as well and I fixed by just reloading into the Dreaming City but it takes a few tries for it to work
