It's happened extremely consistently, in fact I was able to recreate it 4 times in a row. Going to orbit from activities (in this instance from the Dungeo Warlords Ruin) causes the game to freeze and crash. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, thought I shouldn't have had to. But it something wrong in the game. Then there is the issue of random teleports while inside the Dungeon straight into the prison area with a turnback warning that kills me seconds later. Happened at the beginning of the Dungeon, and again when I was on the second boss. I was able to record the instance at the beginning, I was too angry with the second instance to remember to record.
