"A place of dreams" triumph not collectible after relog!
I didn't collect the "a place of dreams" triumph right after it was done for the 1st time and after the next login it was marked as undone! Even after repeating the coil activity and getting to the secret room at the end the triumph remains undone and is not collectible anymore!

I had this issue on my first Plat run that granted access to the room but failed to award the Triumph. On the second Plat run however it popped. Strange. I did wonder if it was something to do with the opening of the chests or leaving too early? Apologies, I know that’s not overly helpful. Both were fresh runs. I can’t think of anything I did differently in either of them.
