Problem with cross-save. When I enter the game on Xbox, it shows the character creation menu.
I played previously on PS5, now I’ve entered the game on Xbox and got to the character creation menu, the crosssave is activated, the site shows this. What to do? How can I play on Xbox?
Upd.1: I also can’t log into the site using my Xbox account, the site suggests creating a Bungie account (or linking an existing one), previously there was a similar problem with a Playstation account, but it has been fixed. Most likely the same thing happens with my Xbox account. Can someone at Bungie check if something is broken on my account?
