Cannot re acquire Never Lost, Always Found emblem

Didn't realize that my emblems were full and didn't get the Witcher emblem when I claimed the triumph. Deleted an emblem, went to reacquire Witcher emblem, and it is not allowing this to happen. https://i.imgur.com/gEsNzls.jpg https://i.imgur.com/FtDg2Cm.jpg

Same thing is happening to me, idk what to do to get it now. I’ve tried logging out and back in and it still says I have it when I don’t.
