9 RepliesI’ve done all the seasons and they seem remarkably similar in difficulty. Realistically when guardians are Soloing GM’s in 13 minutes something is out of balance.

Hen people ask why we hate on D2, it’s this! Week to week they kill stuff and boost stuff. It’s the frequency that we have to completely redesign our load outs every week.
It's just going to make more people quit.
When sales drop enough and the player count does as well, that is when you will see them making "promises to improve things". They are going to push this out the door as they usually do with their updates and later only tell you guys how they plan to "improve things". You know, the norm when it comes to them setting that bait, but they will end up only making very tiny adjustments that doesn't improve anything. This has been the norm for years now. Tell the community what they want to hear but don't follow through with actually improving things, and the sad thing is, a lot of you buy into it. It's a cheap tactic but it has worked for years now and it will work again because you guys don't care. So this is on the community for allowing them to manipulate you guys as they have many times. Own up to it!

If GMs are too easy, then fix GMs. Don't make EVERYTHING in the game a slog cause endgame is too easy for top 0.1%. Introduce modifiers that cripple any build. Use combat acceleration in GMs, so that people can use grenades every 5 minutes or so. There is better way to do this, then to Fk everyone else over.

Edited by A_mo: 11/24/2023 2:34:44 AMDo you think that if they wanted the player count to go up it would probably be best to get the nerf news out of the way firs? It's also how the game appears to be developed. They tone down the stuff that people aren't going to be using next year.

You're right. I've pretty much decided, yep, screw waiting for next DLC money grab to call it. I'll probably be on a few more times for nostalgia purposes and then uninstall it finally. I could use the HD space on my Series X tbh. They're making it very easy to walk away after nearly a decade.
It's just going to make more people quit.
Pfft Coming to the forums and seeing nerfs instead of weekly disconnections and error codes absolutely makes me want to reinstall. /s

4 Replies“Life is Pain again!” - probably some clueless game dev. Bwahahahahahaha!!! D2 in a nutshell! If their game needs a whole lot of overhauling and tweaking, then they don’t really know what they are doing. Game has been broken and empty for years. And it still is! Bwahahahahahaha!!! There’s nothing here. Game is devoid of soul. Empty and hollow! Bwahahahahahaha!!! Welcome to hollowness!

2 RepliesSurely when the only person who's happy is Salt the game will be more profitable and populated than ever.

1 ReplyYeah the Lightfall patch almost made me quit. With this, I couldn’t care less about Final Shape.

Edited by Roach: 11/23/2023 12:11:41 PMThe bit that made me laugh the other day was about the Fireteam Finder. The bit where they want to make sure it can handle "millions of players". When the amount of players is at one of it's lowest points ever. Utterly deluded.

I can only speak for myself, but it’s decreasing the chances of me playing much. Bungie just don’t seem able (or willing) to change track. For their sakes I hope there are enough people that are happy with the direction of the game. Given the info from a few weeks ago though, I kinda got the impression that wasn’t the case.

So we get the second awoken season in a year, solar Titan gutted again. Orb timer increased, the best aspect for Titan strand hit. Survivability hit hard, but lets give them a silver only Witcher set, that will keep ‘em happy. Warlock well nerf coming along with ward changes. How do they expect this to bring the player base back lol

I was actually excited and looking forward to the new season, until the TWID. Now I don't know if I'll even have the motivation to play much unless they cancel these nerfs or fix them early in the season.

7 RepliesYou think so? I anticipate more of the same: post after post of complaints.
