Hello, I apologize in advance for my bad English, I used a translator because my English is very bad. My problem is: I bought "Witch Queen Deluxe Edition" (Steam-Key-Global) and activated it on 13.Nov.2023. After redeeming it in Steam, it lists as Deluxe Edition. When I open up the game and check the expansion tab in in-game shop, the The Witch Queen Dungeon Key isn't unlocked, instead it still shows the price of 2000 silver. I found a post on "reddit . com" that says you should write a ticket to Bungie and Bungie will then have it activated. Another problem is that after 2 hours of searching I couldn't find anything to send a ticket or contact form. Under "Contact Form: Missing Eververse Item or Add-On Items" the "Submit Request" button takes me back to the main page over and over again. That's why I'm writing/sending my problem here to the forum and hope that it will help me. (If someone tells me again that I should write a ticket on the "Destiny Contact Forms" page, then that won't help me. Please give me precise step-by-step instructions on what exactly I have to click on and where.)
