Internet is good, I'm at pinnacle cap with a bunch of high dmg gear God rolls I've tried and I'm still only doing hairline of dmg against enemies at times, many enemies all assuden appear or teleport too quickly for it to be the normal function. Plus the insta kills and the sped up frames of enemy shots is making it impossible for me to play. I've also noticed that my abilities are regenerating a lot slower when mods and high Stat gear is applied with also many weapon buffs not activating correctly. Anyone else have this issue and knows how to solve?
