& they said they nearly shutdown back then. Just 30k total online right now, there's more people playing pong.
I'm sure dragons breath will bring everyone back tho, right? Right? Guys, anyone there? Guys.

2 RepliesPfft. Who cares about weapons like the memorable Icebreaker? Dragon's Breath was clearly a weapon everyone liked and used untill the end of D1. ..Right?
-
3 RepliesAnd sadly one could argue that CoO was better. The only thing that saved this year for them was Strand. If Lightfall's corpse hasn't been dragged across the finish line by Strand we'd be talking about a complete end rather than just layoffs.
-
1 ReplyKeep in mind curse had like under 100K and was only on console while Lightfall is pc/console and while pc is 30k console is still hitting about 300--blam!- daily
-
Sorry, been playing Days Gone. Did you want me?
-
1 Reply9 years into the game and it’s not pulling peak numbers every week? Who would have thought
-
3 RepliesIf i'm being real, the player count makes me excited. the playerbase being this low is the only thing that will convince them to make forsaken 2.0. Let's see what happens.
-
16 RepliesLast 30 days on Steam is 35k, which is even lower than during Plunder, and there is 10 days left until new season, which means - those numbers will get even lower. New lowest number record is getting broken for sure and significantly.
-
I'll be playing actual games and watching on while this dumpster fire blazes out.

8 Repliesaccording to the “youtube amen corner” it’s because the game is too easy and raids aren’t like day 1 last wish or spire of stars. listening to their opinions is tedious. the game has been far less fun since those changes suggested by nearly all pc players and youtubers they made at lightfall. although i do understand that pc is the easiest platform to play on. i wish they would balance pc and make their games feel like consoles. it’s probably not possible.

I gave up in April and no one from my former clan is even active. Upper management killed this game because they listened to the wrong people and thought they were the smartest people in the room. Bungie understands their players about as well as Disney understands the fans from Marvel and SW. And it shows. No idea why anyone would waste time and money on a company that doesn’t understand their customers. But hey, I’m sure there’s something about Destiny that keeps people interested. It’s just that no one can tell me what that is. Best wishes to my former community. I hope you find what you’re looking for.

Well this kinda stuff happens when the only real new stuff comes from Eververse. Literally everything Bungie adds is so bare minimum. We need content drops to be as big as Forsaken or Taken King and then seasons that are about quality

This is a 10 year old game, and there is a smorgasbord of exciting new games to try , so it's only natural They will spike for the new season, but drop again, I think we can't have fun because the gameplay loop is blatant because we have seen it all before a 100 Trillion Times -
10 RepliesIt’s almost like this happens during the last few weeks of every season….
-
It’s got stale, and tedious with no incentives. Good gun play will only take you so far. That’s the thing, it’s more about space magic than gunplay, so what made Destiny great isn’t at the core of the game anymore.
-
14 RepliesOne would think you people would get tired of being wrong all the time lol
-
1 ReplyYea this game is so -blam!- now. The only reason I still play is cos I paid good money when I the game was actually fun. I've put so much time and money into to this game I have to see it through now.
-
Yawn. We're pretty much exactly where we were in SotP. Next season starts in 10 days and the numbers will climb up again. There's an annual ebb and flow, has always been.... But I know, no facts in the world will appease the Sect of the Impending Apocalypse.
-
Makes sense since we are back to Osiris level content quality and quantity.
-
I’m sick of nerfing everything fun.
-
I both hate it and love it
-
11 RepliesWell you should blame the toxic player base. The amount of trolling and other gamers making it such hard work to play the game is staggering. This dose not include myself. I play whatever the situation is. But other gamers will put down a controller if things don’t add up.
-
We're approaching curse of Osiris downhill numbers Careful with your pronoun, or the language police will come explain to you it's all just because this isn't first week of the season
-
1 ReplyThere are 10 or whatever days left in the season and there are a ton of other good games out rn lol
