When you spawn/respawn in anywhere the controller is limited to movement only- no run, no gunfire; and in the tower you move like a chess piece, not walk or run. Jumping once cancels the bug and you’re normal again. First noticed it on my Titan, changed the transmat and now no issue. But same thing happened again when I tested it on Warlock. Definitely a glitch
