Spoils of Conquest not dropping from raid encounters
Completed Ir Yut and Crota and no spoils dropped.

For the latest raid, you get pinnacle loot from the first completion of each encounter and Spoils on subsequent completions (per character, per week) only. Was it your first clear on that character this week? If so, then that is correct, Spoils do not drop.
