Twitch trials "reaction" rewards not showing up ?

1 ReplyI got 10 reactions (even after refreshing) - twitch says "Weekly reward collected" but I didn't collect anything and there was nothing in the delivery kiosk... It worked fine last week, but it didn't the week before either works... Is there an update to this issue? Thank you.
