Failed emblem redemption

I redeemed 2 emblem codes on my account, one for space witch and one for symphonic shift. I know I was also signed into the correct account when I made the redemption as I only have one bungie account to sign into. The person I got the codes from said both the codes got used however I cannot see the emblems anywhere in my inventory or in my redemption history. I tried the codes again as well and it said they were used. Is there any way to fix this issue or for bungie to give me 2 new codes as I know I did not make a mistake during the redemption?
