1st amendment freedom of speech
Be careful everyone if you use your right to freedom of speech they will temp ban you and delete your post. Even if it doesn’t violate their silly rules. They do NOT want to hear the truth from their player base and they want to control who’s left.

There is case law where freedom of speech is protected in private sectors. I agree with moderators if they themselves abide by their own rules. Obviously in my case it was not applied correctly. Bungie has under this new bombardment of disgruntled and absolute outraged consumer base, curtailed them from being able to speak their mind. Most folks just want to be heard? But when you’re silenced and practically deleted from existence then that propagates even further hostilities. All in all the entire company needs an overhaul and upgrade to practices

The first amendment does not protect you from consequences nor does it cease a moderated forum to apply said consequences. Their forum their rules.

So I agree with the 1st amendment we don’t have freedom of speech in Canada but u really need to learn on how it works since this is not a public forum it’s a private company they can put restrictions on speech such as their terms of Service I wish this forum would be a lot more equal on punishments but it’s their forums so if u don’t tow their ideas then u risk a ban like I get every other month😪
