Please help! My account was hacked everything deleted
My account was hacked, a Xbox cross save and the hacker used the Xbox cross save and deleted EVERYTHING I spent years earning. I cannot even play until the Xbox cross save is deleted and my account is secure again.

15 RepliesUnfortunately, Bungie will not forcefully disable Cross-Save or unlink an account that you cannot authenticate to. Authentication is part of the security in place, and each account that is attached to your Bungie.net profile had to be authenticated to enable Cross-Save. I would suggest changing the login information for your accounts, as someone obviously has access to each of them. If you cannot authenticate to the XBL ID, you'll need to contact Microsoft to try to gain access. If Microsoft is unable to help you, then the Cross-Save will remain as it is.
