If so, Sony is making one of the BIGGEST -blam!--ups I've ever seen from a company. That man has made some of the greatest OSTs for some of the most well-recognized games.
I feel so bad for all the devs and teams that have had members ripped away, especially during such a massive time in Destinys history. It's really not going to be the same.
It's so over.
EDIT: Apparently Sony had nothing to do with this, it was purely Bungies decision. I guess all that talk about support past TFS was bullshit to push pre-orders. Glad I didn't...

2 RepliesFrom a business standpoint it would make no sense to have a composer on the daily payroll, how often is new music put out? They would be looking at contracting him or another composer for each DLC or new release that has an updated soundtrack.
-
2 RepliesShould’ve kept Salvatori and fired Luke Smith.
-
So insulting how this company has been. The devs rock, management needs to get some humanity back. It's ok lol. Like Bungie said: "The right people are remaining at the studio". Salvi was obviously no longer in the right....
-
They also laid off the guy that composed “Deep Stone Lullaby.” Wtf Bungie?
-
1 ReplyI think "Fired" is the correct term.
-
Both Marty and Mike gone. Wtf.
-
41 RepliesSalvatori doesn't deserve this. Not after all of the kick -blam!- music he's made.
-
1 ReplyI think he will be fine because of his background he can get a job anywhere, he could possibly go independent, it does suck though.
-
Salvatori, the man since the halo days making the most bad -blam!- music. Man, rip bungie 💀
-
Starting to think Destiny is done. There was no reason to lay him off unless Destiny isn’t moving forward and no more music needs to be composed.
-
2 RepliesIt could be a blessing for him. Layoffs, especially during the holidays man....are sad enough. But I pray it gives him another opportunity to shine and showcase his great talent.
-
I'm not sure why they would let go someone that has been hard carrying the music team for years.
-
5 RepliesThat's like buying a 5 star restaurant and firing the top chef Really dumb business decision by Sony, has D2s soundtrack is one the franchises stronges t points
-
Punisher of Porcelain™😂👍 - old
Bungies falling apart soon there just going to end up like Installation 04
Dust and Echos..
-
It's so over.
True

Yes, and he did the ONLY thing I love about Lightfall, it´s music. I wonder if the ones who made this terrible last chapter are still on the team or not.
-
1 Replylol at you blaming Sony. Before Sony you guys used to blame Activision. It's never Bungie though, right? Lightfall sucked. They lost players because they made a garbage expansion and boring seasons. That's on Bungie.
-
Sony isn’t responsible for the layoffs. Bungie is.
-
The scumgie level is out of control at this point
-
This isn’t good publicity at all and especially with the next dlc around the corner; even if it’s delayed; this isn’t good by a long shot. Bungie aren’t doing themselves or this game any favours. Shame.
-
To be fair. OST is probably already done.
-
Source for Sony's part?
-
Don't worry, A.I. will make the next soundtrack for free.
-
The devs and team aren’t performing, the game is old and tired with a never ending rehash of old content fooling us with their vaulted content lol I’m certainly not wasting my money on the new content.
-
Story came out Sony had nothing to do with the layoffs. Bungie management green lite the layoffs.
-
Bungie laid off people not sony
