The rose handcannon needs a crowd control perk
Currently the weapon is ok but in pve , apart from giving a damage boost to you and your team its bot very useful.
It should have an intrinsic crowd control perk like firefly, dragon fly or kinetic tremors.
This would make it vastly better in pve.
Just a suggestion to make it better.

Explosive payload is a great PvE perk. Interestingly though, Rose isn’t meant to do anything special. The lore states that it’s a normal work horse handcannon that is strong because it is wielded by a powerful guardian.

well they will probably add something with the focusing option next season , but for me even with the best combo il will never use a kinetic hc when ZAOULI'S BANE is an option
