Subsistence & Kill Clip
Do Subsistence proc Kill Clip?
Becoz it seems doesn’t work for me.

Subsistence is a refill, not a reload thus not working with kill clip. (Yes they should have changed these in the descriptions ages ago)

Both perks work against each other so I could shard the weapon
