Hi there. I'm not sure why you couldn't respawn. Usually that's because it's a game mode with limited team lives, only teammates can revive you (i.e. Elimination), or the game is struggling to determine a respawn point. I haven't played any comp this season so I'm honestly not sure what the game mode is right now. The first suspension lasts 30 minutes. Any further suspensions you incur are 60 minutes.
