Photonic Vest not showing up in Transmog.
Idk if this ever got adressed but i got the Photonic Vest and i've been unable to equip it on transmog.

Another person made a post like this and someone commented saying that if you have the Crota chestpiece it allows you to transmog it. I dont personally know if thats true but i can transmog the Photonic and also have the Crota chest piece.
