Ascendent alloy drop rate
There needs to be a better way to get ascendent alloys (basket balls) then a 30 min legendary mission. I don't mind grinding but currently the best way is the 1st mission from neomuna when it's the weekly mission as it's sub 20 min runs. Everything else takes too long for a small chance at getting one. And this like well spring have horrible drop rate. These are the current bottle neck in crafting. Can these be able to drop in GMs and master raids so there is more options to get them or can we get an increase in drop rate

Maybe add another kind of reward to them too. Could also put alloy in other under rewarding activities like nightmare and empire hunts, which could also use a GM difficulty option.

3 RepliesIn the Cosmodrome, at the Skywatch area, there's 2 "caves". One below where the helicopters are that usually have an Ogre spawn, and another next to the entrance to the Savathün strike. It has a pile of dead bodies in it that have "Disturb the remains" when near it. If you go back and fourth between these 2 caves, kill the Ogre and disturb the remains, after about 10 times of doing this a chest appears. Open the chest to receive 50K glimmer, and 3 ascendant alloys. Leave the Cosmodrome (go to any destination) and come back. Do it again for another chest. 4 RepliesHonestly they should get rid of ascendent alloys and let us just use normal ascendant shards. Remove ascendent alloys then increase ascendant shards cap to 60 max.

They're all about strangling progress so you have to play longer, and then they can say, "people love our game, look how much time they invest!!!" Even though in reality, most people spending hours grinding are NOT having fun or being rewarded for their time.

5 RepliesIt's definitely not a small chance. I've been farming them recently for adept crota weapons and you get one far more often than not. Maybe even 65-75% of the time you get one.

I said before these should be guaranteed in legendary missions and on top of that have the percentage drop they are now to be for a bonus one. At least the Halloween event will give us some easy ones. I used to love season of the haunted patrol and it was amazing for alloy but now it’s gone

Yeah, seriously, the ascendant alloy drop rate is complete bull -blam!-. Legendary missions either need to be a GUARANTEED drop or there have to be more, quicker ways to get them.

Anything that drops a shard should also drop an alloy
