So does Eris now control a portion of the Hive?
So does Eris now control a small portion of the Hive now? Will they will become allies, or at the very least her said portion...? Or at the very least use her portion she now controls to help fight the Witness...
If so... all that remains are the Vex, probably some independent group that does not worship the Darkness and is no longer controlled by the whatever hive mind or something and are now self aware or something...?

No. She became the most powerful living Hive and then sacrificed the power to sever Xivu from her throne world. She did it to prove the sword logic wrong.
