Each season would be better

This is long overdue. It's been over a year since I saw someones post saying "my computer froze during namechange and now Im stuck with 15 of the same letter in it". And I honestly think it's been about 2-3 years since Bungie had their one mass offer to change your name. [spoiler]Bungie, if you read this, you probably don't care cause it doesn't benefit you, but it does. Ability to change names means alot of people will change from something inappropriate now we seen so many "Guardian" names. This will save you man hours from banning so many inappropriate names. I have heard many people say they wish they could change their names and many of them saying they want to change it to something more appropriate cause they fear punishment now they seen others be punished.[/spoiler] I think, and don't take this as fact, but I THINK that the reason they are holding out is punishment for those with Guardian as their name instead. Because if they come out with a name change tomorrow, and you were just in trouble and had your name changed today, then you're just going to reoffend probably. Simple solution. Allow unlimited name changes unless you specifically have been changed to "Guardian" by Bungie. But this is Bungie, it will either never happen, or be available for 1000 silver minimum.
