Conditional Finality
Conditional is at the strength raid exotics [b]should[/b] be (at least for pve).
Bungie please make the next raid exotic worth it 😁

Each their own. I’ve heard a lot about it CF but I just haven’t seen a good use for it yet. Eyes of Tomorrow on the other hand I’ve racked up nearly 16000 kills and most of that was before it even got it’s buff

Its simply not the case and I will explain why. Matador 64, Fractethyst, Timelost Found Verdict, Imperial decree have a greater one hit kill range & are technically better(if you have 5 of 5 roll). No if ands or buts, its a known fact and not even something up for debate. However the reason for its dominance is because its a viable counter to Bubble, Well of Radience, and the [b]ONLY[/b] counter to Antaeus Wards. If any thing I believe a catalyst that improves its AE stat should be added. As CF has a very low AE stat and with no socket to build into it if we so wished.

Like the Vex Mythoclast from D1 before they nerfed it to hell? I can imagine the next raid exotic truly become exotic...like if it's the Witness raid in TFS

Gotta remember in the year leading up to the DLC, they also make seasons as well. It isn't the entire year before the DLC they make it, the seasons take up a massive chunk of their time to. Though one could argue that they took the shere sized of DLCs, trimmed it down, and spread it out over a year span, charging you more for the DLC and then now each season. Cause the time they have to work and the amount of work they do isn't what changed about the new model here. I like Conditional Finality, don't get me wrong, and it is very powerful. I just don't see it being used much as an Exotic. If you look at examples like Oryx or other raid bosses, they are either far away, or if you can get close to shotgun, they stomp you away always. Same with minibosses in the seasonal activity, most of them stomp or pound the ground to throw you away from them. I would love to see Condition Finality have more instances where it is a reasonable option as an exotic.

Love Conditional <3 I'm still a couple essence from Necro (been slacking), but I'd agree based on all the others. I would say Eyes had a lot more utility with the ammo refund buff, though. We used it farming Mars Battleground GM last week. Lots of fun.
