This was 100% designed by someone who doesn't play the game.
Just like removing glimmer/leg shards/bright dust from the character screen and adding an extra unnecessary click.
And just like removing the "change character" button from the default tab in the options menu and making us go through submenus to get there.
The exact opposite of QoL improvements.
