Please Buff Mask Of The Quiet One

Bungie, please buff Mask Of The Quiet One! This is one of my personal favorite exotics in the game, but it feels so meh when you're using it because it just doesn't do enough to make it really feel exotic. It really needs a buff, badly! Personally I would suggest making it like Eye Of Another World in that just having the helmet equipped reduces your ability cool downs by a certain percentage and then have it grant ability energy every time you take damage on top of that. Or I'd make it so that instead of granting you health on every kill you get while critically wounded I'd make it grant health for every kill you get in general regardless of your current health bar (obviously if You're full on health it won't give you extra health, but if you take just a small amount of damage then kill something it would immediately restore you back to full health. Basically what crimson does but on an armor piece) Either one of these changes would definitely make this exotic helmet actually feel exotic and actually feel like it's worth using! Regardless, Bungie just please buff this helmet and make it truly feel exotic. Edit: As this armor piece currently is the perk states DREADED VISAGE Grants ability energy when you're damaged. When critically wounded, regain maximum health on kills I've found this to not be even remotely accurate. When I'm playing and my health bar gets so low that it reaches the red zone (critically wounded) and I kill something it DOES NOT restore my health to maximum health. It only refills the red bar portion and not the rest of my health bar. Bungie needs to fix this and make it so that when your health bar is in that red zone and you kill something it instantly restores your health bar to full health. That would definitely feel exotic (and would accurately match what the description says it's supposed to do) The other half of the perk does seem to work as you do appear to receive a very small amount of ability energy each time you are damaged. It's definitely not a whole lot, but you do receive ability energy when you get damaged (for all of your abilities) so that half of the perk does appear to be working correctly. The second half though which states that you regain maximum health on kills while critically wounded? Yeah that is currently NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. Not even remotely.
