Strikes and nightfall rewards
Why whenever I do a nightfall or strike I either get a vanguard engram or just legendary shards. I just did a nightfall on master and got shards and glimmer. This level of rng thats happening is ridiculous even for bungie. I've been grinding strikes for 18 hours. Not a single ritual set peice, no new bow when I did 8 nightfalls. Nothing.

Running strikes on normal has always give you low tier rewards and done by design so devs want players to do them on harder difficulty in order to get higher rewards since the taken king in 2015 and now nightfalls start from heroic easy mode got sunsetted months ago.

Hero - Nightfall - 9 times = “Pre Astyyanax IX”…just 1 bot that I got from those run -_- Each nightfall took about 14+ each.

The only guaranteed rewards are Adept weapons from Grandmaster with Platinum Champion Rewards.
