It's needs to be on par with sun shot/gravaton/trinity Necro is fun but There is better add clear options so please don't wait a year to do it

1 ReplyJust make it like the D1 version did. Getting a kill with it triggers the cursed thrall explosion. They could have even had the catalyst do that instead of giving it outlaw
-
5 RepliesIf you play warlock and use necrotic grip, killing a poison'd enemy with necrochasm cause a cursed thrall explosion
-
If you pair it with necrotic grips on a warlock the explosions are pretty big.

While I’m sure it’s of little solace, a Bungie dev has confirmed as intentional an interaction that allows Necrochasm body shot kills to produce explosions: https://www.forbes.com/sites/paultassi/2023/09/30/a-secret-necrochasm-power-in-destiny-2-has-been-unearthed-confirmed-by-bungie/amp/ (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)

Bungie: Necro is back! Players: Yay! Bungie: But it’s the D1Y1 version Players: awww… Bungie: But it’s got a catalyst! Players: Yay! Bungie: It gives you Outlaw. Players: ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR DAMN MINDS?!

2 RepliesThe explosion sounds just isn’t it either the original d1 necro explosion sounded way better.
-
I’ve said this all along. That’s what the catalyst should do. Much like the trinity ghoul catalyst, originally the perk only activated on precision kills. Catalyst made it so its all kills. Outlaw on it’s own is very underwhelming.

3 RepliesThe explosions can 1 shot in pvp I believe
-
+1 Getting precision kills on a 720 rpm auto is horrible and it’s even worse when you have desperation active and it’s 900 rpm trying to get precision kills
-
4 RepliesSo make it as good as it was in D1? Nah they can't have that. Why do you think the catalyst doesn't do anything for it.
-
8 RepliesIf you play warlock and use necrotic grip, killing a poison'd enemy with necrochasm cause a cursed thrall explosion

I think it's fine. It's so stable it's not hard to get a crit kill.
-
This why it's the only exotic I didn't have in D1 lol. And it will join tarrabah as the 2 for D2.
-
Yes absolutely- maybe bigger radius on precision -
