Enemies wont die.
So, I am 1814 power and enemies don't want to die. I get damage numbers, it shows them dying and then they just pop back up. They also arent attacking me. I did a speed test and I have 900 download and 600 upload with 0% packet loss.

2 RepliesI am encountering this also. Trying to finish Lightfall but Desparate Measures will not start. I tried skipping the lead in as Esoterick did but no luck. Went back to see if it worked by doing the concourse work but they never die either. I am going to shut down and unplug to reset cache in case the whole mission is cached and did not like my first go around (even though Esoterick did it). Will report.

same here. it started at the end of a vanguard mission, where i was with 2 other players and the witch stopped taking damage when she was about 20% HP left. we killed ourselves and started over but it didn't help. then i started a mission on Neomuna and it was the same, can't kill them and they ignored us. went to the tower and it took forever to load when usually is less than 30 seconds....

on ps4 and i was doing GM and unable to kill anything. they just pop back up again. andit is like you do not exist. D2 is really broken
