CROSS SAVE DELETING CHARACTERS ON ACCOUNT
okay so i just did the same cross save thing from my xbox to my steam account and now all my characters are gone on xbox account. i havent downloaded the game on my steam account yet to see if theyre there but i cant deactivate it either for my xbox account because it says i recently bought silver and have to wait 86 days to deactivate it. i wanna play the game not start new or wait that long. someone please help me this is so frustrating. it lets me authenticate the steam account but wont let me do it for xbox bc of that buying silver restriction.

9 RepliesYou did cross save wrong. You chose steam instead of xbox as the active account. Youll need to wait out the cooldown (mandatory) before you can deactivate cross save, then wait another 90 days (mandatory) in order to activate again.
