Loreley or Pheonix Cradle for overall Solar Titan?

Phoenix is great for team play but in endgame content it loses a lot of use since either 1. You separate to do mechanics or 2. You hide in cover in which your only form of spawning a sunspot near you is your supers while Lorely is just free ability regen and restoration on demand for yourself.
