Glitch guns patch
The patch that fixed glitch guns had bugged some perks on crafted weapons to not work for instance apex predator with enhanced reconstruction not working.

4 RepliesThis is not a glitch. The mitigation against the invalid crafted weapons disabled several craftable perks across all crafted weapons. One of these is Reconstruction, which you have found yourself. These disabled perks only affect crafted weapons. Non-crafted weapons that have the same perks are not disabled.
