There are preferences. Some people might have fun doing this, while others just want to play normal PvP. Forcing everyone to play this way is as dumb as forcing everyone to only play normal Comp or Trials. Personally, I can see how some people find it fun after one or two games, but it gets extremely boring after that. It's like playing chess with your younger brother and having him flip the entire board over and over again. The first two times are funny, then it's just annoying. Some of us just want to play normal PvP. I wouldn't care if they create a separate gamemode where this is allowed though for those that do enjoy it.

Your a cheat. It’s that simple. Exploit the game because you can is wrong. Exploiting other players is just disgraceful. That’s who you are. It’s not a big deal to you because your ok with cheating.

This bug exposed the fact that people here WANT to be miserable, and I’m loving every minute of it. Literally walk away from the game until it’s fixed, but 2-3 days of them having nothing to b*tch about would drive them crazy, so they stick around and do it to themselves every single time.

This sounds a lot like when people say "You dont like trials? Dont play it! LoL" Yeah some of use dont like cheesy stuff or ruining the game for others. Its a shared experience.

Imagine being a brand new player and you walk into this S show as your first Destiny 2 experience lol

Pvp has not been fun since this glitch emerged... As for pve, I don't know what's fun about using these busted guns. Takes the fun out of the game. The builds, effort, and having thumbs.... all made useless. Enjoy what yah like, but don't think everyone agrees with you mate

EXCEPT NOT EVERYBODY IS HAVING FUN. A lot of people aren't. I'll try to explain this in simple English for the SMOOTH BRAINS on here to understand. Different people find different things fun (I can't believe I am having to explain something so simple). Some players like challenge, some like movement, some like gunplay. Any activity in a videogame is a balancing act designed by the developers to ultimately allow as many players on a team to enjoy the game their way as possible at any given time. Make the game too difficult and too large a portion for your player base won't be having fun. In highly specialized games this is a non issue. Dark souls for example is solely designed to give players an extremely challenging combat experience. Destiny 2 is not one of these games. So the devs are constantly trying to strike that balance. This is why they are so speedy on the disables. Of which this is one. Stop pretending like 48 hours isn't a pretty fast disable. Exploits such as this, completely destroy this delicate balance that is designed to allow the most players to have fun, together on a team. Players who enjoy challenge aren't having fun. Players who want to enjoy their builds capabilities in a wide range of activities aren't having fun. Players who want to enjoy the mechanics of encounters aren't having fun. All because a selfish group of player's can't find it in them to have the human decency to be more considerate to their fellow players. Having said that, I would like to give a shout out to players who have stuck to exploiting the game solo or in premades doing the same thing. You are great examples of upstanding players. Thank you for not invading other player spaces with this bull. I wish I could give you all an ascendant shard. Hopefully this comment has doubled some "individual's" brain cell counts from 2 to 4.

Okay fun for those who can do it, not so for those that can’t. But let’s keep weave walk disabled in all activities because it’s too strong!

The alternative was to lock all of our crafted weapons for who knows how long. That would be pretty terrible and would cause a huge outrage.

I finally made an Ammit with the Imperial Decree frame... Only used it in PvE with my clanmates in fireteam. I'm not taking it into crucible or activities with random players in them. I went back and forth deciding about it, figured as long as I'm not risking ruining someone's day, then I'm OK with some BungLe-sponsored Ad Abuse...

That is BS. If u need a Glitch to have fun u should stay away from D2.

This has been handled poorly to say the least. Bungie should have just rolled the game back and disabled crafting until a fix could be implemented.

It's nothing like the Prometheus Lenz. When Bungie found out about the bug, they had Xur sell the exotic so everyone had the ability to acquire the weapon and use it. This glitch, for most, requires you to manipulate your frame rate and/or net limit your internet to work properly. Most players either aren't capable of doing this, or do not know how to do it, leaving them at the disadvantage until it is fixed. (Manipulating your network is also a bannable offense). Unlike the Lenz, this glitch effected PvE as well. Players who did not use glitched weapons have been denied invites to raid/gm groups because they couldn't compete.
