I have an account that has been going since the Destiny 1 beta and it got banned during the day one for Crota's raid. I was playing before Crota dropped and then after it dropped I tried to login and says I was banned. Immediately filed a appeal to get unbanned but its been 2 weeks now and no reply of any kind. I believe my ban was from a background software messing with the anti cheat but seeing as Bungie does not inform you of the reason for ban I can only guess. So like when can I expect any kind of response?

2 RepliesEdited by viiTactiiCZz: 9/15/2023 2:22:05 PMTheres no guarantee that they will respond to you, and in most cases they wont unless they need more information or the ban has been lifted. If 4-6 weeks pass and you're still banned, then its highly likely your ban appeal has been denied and thats unfortunately the end of the appeal process for you [quote] There are no guarantees that a ban or suspension will be overturned, nor that the email will be responded to. Requests for additional information, such as the length of a restriction or reason for a ban, will be disregarded. 25,998 weeks is remaining time on your ban.
