If legendary shards are being sunset, then sunset raid banners
With Legendary Shards being sunset and Glimmer being the only universal currency (which will make raid banners more expensive) I think that raid banners should be sunset considering that in the WQ campaign, you can place a free banner for super, abilities, and ammo. The free banner should be in all raids, dungeons, and other activities that already uses the existing raid banners. There is no longer a reason to have raid banners in the game if the free banners exist since Bungie wants to make Destiny 2 easier to understand for newer players. 1 more thing I will add, shattered throne needs a way to place a banner since its the ONLY dungeon to not have that.

3 RepliesI kind of agree. It really doesn't feel like there's a good reason to have both paid and free banners, especially when there's no way to visually identify them before putting them down. To me, the free banners we got during the WQ campaign felt like the next evolution of the system. Banners are inherently very useful but dirt cheap to acquire, but if the price is increased that will cause problems. It just makes more sense to make them universally free and clear up one more space in the consumable screen. Ultimately, the biggest positive to getting rid of them...no more stingy guardians waiting for someone else to place the banner first. ;)

5 RepliesAnd this is how the chain of removing the entire game because Bungie is too lazy starts. At this rate I would expect almost every system in the game to be sunset and removed in favor of monetization and otherwise excessive player grind.

5 RepliesTrue, Shattered Throne sucks, if you run out of heavy/special ammo... Tried to solo it, but failed (no clue, how people melt those three knights at the end so quickly) and was completely empty after two more tries as dungeon enemies drop almost no bricks at all (which is a pain in Duality as well).

Call them liars if you wish, but there's a reason they didn't add them to Shattered Throne years ago when they added them to the raids that launched with out them.
