"This account has a consistently unstable internet connection..."
I believe there may be an error in the connection issues detection system and I would like to politely ask that someone look into the actual reason my friend Treivon (Xbox) was banned for 2 weeks. We have played for over 10 years together and he is a dedicated, non-cheating, genuine, and fair play PvP'er.
I understand there is some policy about not reverting bans, but that would mean you have complete faith in your detection system which is hard to believe given the number rod cheaters and obvious latent connection players constantly running rampant. Every system has its quirks and to give a ban like this to a player like this is demoralizing for him as well as his friends given that this may be the last straw for him. We convinced him to come back this season to PvP and this is what he gets?
His connection:
250+ download, 10+ upload, 9 ping, and 2 jitter on a speed test. He has quit 4 of his last 100+ crucible games.
Thank you in advance for the consideration and assistance.
