I created Bungie Help ticket Case ID: 265233 on 8/29 regarding the shader bundle that was changed after I purchased it. The bundle that I purchased was the Volatile Throne Bundle. I asked for a refund, because the shader was changed after I purchased it, and I'm not a fan of the new look and would not have purchased the bundle if that was what it looked like originally. Can I please get a response and a refund, as I haven't received a response to my original ticket.
