Up the drop rate of oversoul essence

11 RepliesIt just needs to not be on an account lock out. Triumphs/ farming aside and assuming the 2nd Essence drops I got on both of my first weekly clears were random, no weapon quest, especially one for a reprised weapon, should take up to 20 weeks to obtain and another 15 for a catalyst that's basically redundant.

Drop rates not that bad at all i have 22/35 for catalyst and haven't farmed at all.

1 ReplyThis ^, Bungie should make it a guaranteed to drop from every encounter across all characters for looted clears, And they should also increase the drop rate for non loot clears and make it easier to farm cuz not everyone have the time to play 3 hours + of Destiny 2 everyday cuz of work and school and it’s stupid when you have to farm a heavily rng resource with abysmal drop rate to get what is supposed to be a guaranteed raid exotic weapon because that's what's Exotic weapon quests are for and it isn’t meant to rely on horrible rng.

3 RepliesOr make the guaranteed oversoul Essence drop from Crota be a per character thing instead of an account thing. 3 per week would mean it’d be in 7 weeks and 20 runs minimum to get the drop.
