Error code CABBAGE normally indicates that your network traffic to the Destiny 2 servers is being blocked. This can normally happen if the ports used to access the Destiny 2 servers are being utilized for other purposes, such as administration of your modem by your ISP or other uses. This can normally happen with TECHNICOLOR or Thomson made modems or routers.

The network equipment you listed is an ADSL/VDSL based modem combination. Destiny 2 requires a broadband internet connection. Have you verified with your ISP that your internet is broadband class and not DSL class?
