Destiny 2 - Cutscene Audio Looping indefinitely
Does anyone know how to fix if the destiny 2 cutscene audio is constantly repeating in game? It's the cutscene with the ghost going "After all these years, we have never talked about it." I even completely mute my PC audio and it is still playing, any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

Disable the Steam overlay.

Just adding to the other two answers, this is definitely something Steam's overlay is doing, not Destiny 2 itself. If you can't disable it in the settings, try muting the Steam client itself with the audio mixer (this won't mute any games, just sounds the client tries to play).
