Iron Banner Isn't Appearing on the screen when I go to Crucible Section
My question for everyone is that I see Iron Banner has arrived but when I go to the Crucible Section on the directory, it doesn't appear on there. Is this a glitch or bug??? I even go and try to talk to Lord Saladin and nothing comes up for me to chat with him and no quest. What can I do to fix this issue???

You need to be Guardian rank 4 and then do the shaxx quest

Pretty sure you need to, at least, be higher Guardian ranks.
